Spa Access
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the fitness rooms. Treatments are only available to clients aged 12 years and over - children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Only Spa guests are permitted within the treatment areas. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in or around the Spa. Regrettably, our Spa cannot accept responsibility for any property left unattended during your visit.
You may request a specific treatment or therapist when booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times.
Please notify the receptionist dealing with your booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have allergies, a skin complaint, high blood pressure, any physical ailments and disabilities or if you are seriously or terminally ill. During your treatment, please let us know how you are feeling and if there are any specific areas or problems you would like your therapist to address. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the therapist is made aware of any current or previous medical conditions which may prohibit the use of various products or treatment techniques prior to the commencement of treatment.
We request that no outdoor footwear is to be worn in the Spa treatment areas. We ask that all clients keep their undergarments on but disposable underwear can be provided if required. We have a selection of treatments that do not require you to undress, please ask our receptionist for advice.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form. All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so that the next client is not delayed. Late appointments may not be honoured and the full price of the treatment will apply. These timings include consultation time.
Our stated treatment timings are given as a guide. Some treatments may take more or less time than stated, depending on specific client needs. These timings include consultation time.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification. Treatments are subject to availability. Full payment or gift card number is required to secure any Spa Day booking. These payments are strictly non-refundable but may be held for up to three months for future bookings as long as enough cancellation notice is given (see below). Depending on the value of all other treatments you may be asked for a non-refundable deposit.
To avoid disappointment we ask that you adhere to the following, to avoid loss of pre-paid amount: Full group Spa Day cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Part group Spa Day cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (all Spa Days are strictly nonrefundable and if cancelled as outlined above need to be re-booked within three months). All other treatment bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to show or provide adequate cancellation time will incur a 100% charge and will result in reserved treatment time being lost. Cancellation policies apply when using a voucher.
Treatments/packages and products may on occasion be subject to change without notice. In such cases and wherever possible an equivalent will be offered. From time to time our Spa will hold special events, discounted offers, competitions and charity events. Any such events or discounts are strictly subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Spa experience, we ask that you raise any issues of concern immediately so that we may be given every opportunity to resolve them before you leave our Spa. It is a condition of booking that all clients satisfactorily complete a consultation form prior to their treatment.
It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to book their treatment time in advance. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. They must be presented on the day of the scheduled appointment and are only valid for the specified period from date of purchase. We are unable to extend the life span of our Gift Vouchers which are valid for 12 months only. All other terms and conditions apply as detailed in our Spa Etiquette.
You will need a £1.00 coin or trolley token for the lockers in the female and male changing rooms.
