Take a mindful pause and join us for a relaxing and restorative experience at the Underscar Wellness Café, this hour blends comforting treats with gentle mindfulness practices, giving you a moment to pause, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
Enjoy a comforting hot drink and a slice of cake while connecting with like-minded people in a warm and welcoming space. Each session includes a one-hour guided mindfulness experience with wellness coach, Francesca Anderson from ‘Mindfulness In The Lakes’ featuring:
· 🌬️ Breathworks to help you reset and recharge
· 🧘 A calming guided meditation
· 🤝 Time to share, reflect, and connect
Whether you're feeling anxious, stressed or simply need a moment to unwind, this session is the perfect pick-me-up and if you're new to mindfulness, breathwork and meditation, a wonderful taster session.
If you need a cosy pause before the school run or a boost during long winter evenings, our wellness café sessions run on selected Thursdays from 2–3pm and 4–5pm.
