This much anticipated event with wellness guru Francesca Anderson, will provide women with inspiration and resources that will empower and energise them for these challenging years.

Event Schedule
9.30am Meet and Greet with a tea/coffee/smoothie.
Introductions alongside a short demonstration and discussion of the importance of the breath for our physical and mental wellbeing, especially for the relief of Menopausal symptoms.
10.30am Using the five senses to balance our ‘Negativity Bias’ and understand how to improve low mood, anxiety, stress and our monkey minds.
11.30am Sleep: we will move inside and discuss how to improve lack of sleep due to Menopause, especially how to calm hot flashes, panic and restlessness.
12.00pm Breathwork: Mindful movement - gentle movements connecting the body with the breath to calm and soothe the sympathetic nervous system, to activate the vagus nerve and the sympathetic nervous system.
12.30pm Meditation: The Body Scan – a guided meditation.
13.00pm Lunch with Will: a short talk and demonstrations on foods that benefit menopausal symptoms and why…magnesium, potassium, protein rich foods versus carbohydrates, sugars, caffeine and alcohol…
Followed by a delicious, nutritious lunch
14.15pm-17.30pm Use of the facilities: pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym
15.00pm Refreshments available with healthy snacks/tray bakes/cakes e.g. protein balls (no sugar treats that taste delicious and are nutritionally beneficial.
A spa lounge bundle will be provided, consisting of luxurious towel, sumptuous robe and soft slippers for you to relax in.
Please bring additonal clothing layers, a rug and a yoga mat if you have one.
Additional treatments can be added in the afternoon session between 2.15pm and 4.45pm
